NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

Sealed tender in plain paper is hereby invited from the approved and eligible Electrical contractors for executing the work as detailed below.

1. Name of the work:- Installation, Testing and commissioning of one 11 / 0.4 KV LT Transformer ( to be supplied by the Deptt.) at Balidihi Block Banpur, Dist-Khurda and provision of three phase10 KW load with supply of materials to OFC Repeater Station.

2. Estimated Cost:- Rs.1,21,298/-

3. Earnest Money deposit:- 1% of the tender value

4. Completion of work:- Four weeks

5. Last date for receipt of application:- 30.06.07 up to 2 PM.

6. Cost of tender paper:- Rs.250/-
   
   The tender notice can also be viewed on the Notice Board of this office as well as Website of OPTCL. Tender documents and specification can be obtained from this office during working hour on payment of the tender paper cost ( non-refundable ) in shape of cash / money order with effect from 20. 06. 07.
