1) One firm either individually or
in J.V. will not be eligible to participate in the turnkey
projects of OPTCL, if the Firm individually or with J.V has got
contracts of three nos. OPTCL ongoing turnkey projects.
2) The firm with individual financial turnover of more than Rs
200 Crores per annum for the last three financial years, based
on the audited accounts, can participate in more no. of
projects, not exceeding five nos provided their past
performances are satisfactory.
3) The Firms/Contractors, who are executing OPTCL projects
currently and the projects are at the verge of completion or
have completed, shall be allowed to participate in new projects
as per their eligibility at Sl-1 or 2, provided, OPTCL authority
decides that their performance in past are satisfactory.
(4) The performance B.G. to be
submitted by the Firms shall be capable of encashment at the
operating branch of the Bank at Bhubaneswar.

Extension of Bid submission date against Tender Call notice
-09/2008-09 shall be as follows-
(a) Last date of sale of tender
Paper-17.07.2008
(b) Last date of Submission of the
Bid is 1 pm on 18.07.2008 and the same shall be opened on the
same date at 3 PM.

Limitation for participating in no
of turnkey tenders of OPTCL against Senior G.M.(CPC) tender call
notice No-09/2008-09 and 12/2008-09 are available in OPTCL's
official web site. Further, the last date of sale of tender
documents and the bid submission date against Senior General
Manager (CPC) Tender Call notice -09/2008-09 are amended as
follows-
(a) Last date of Sale of tender
Paper shall be -17.07.2008.
(b) Last date of Submission of the
Bid is 1 pm on 18.07.2008 and the shall be opened on the same
date at 3 PM.Interested firms may visit OPTCL's official web
