TW-IT-OT- 09/2008-09 on "Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services in the field of GIS for Power Transmission System of OPTCL and Digitization of Engineering Drawings", it is to clarify to all prospective bidders that responders to this invitation of Expression of Interest, shall render necessary consultancy services to OPTCL and are not eligible for participating in the work Tender of "Implementation of GIS" for OPTCL, scheduled to be released subsequently.
