Corrigendum to Tender Notice No: TW-IT-/08/2008-09

- Clause no. 4. (a) of Section-I is revised as the following.
(a) Price of bidding document: IRs. 6000/- (Indian Rupees Six Thousand only) (non-refundable)) + VAT (4%) instead of IRs. 10000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) (non-refundable)) + VAT
- Clause no. 10.6 (a) of Section-I is revised as the following.
(a) "A declaration from the Bidder confirming that he shall supply all the ups equipment except for batteries from one OEM only" instead of "A declaration from the Bidder confirming that he shall supply all the active networking components/ equipment from one OEM only".
- (3) Sl No. i of Clause. 10.6.d under Section-I is revised as the following.
i) At least two nos of UPS installations of 30KVA or more in projects of value more than Rs.25 Lakhs during last three years.
Instead of
i) At least two nos of UPS installations of tendered capacities or more in I.T Data Center projects of value more than Rs.50 Lakhs during last three years.
- Sl. No. 5 of Clause. 14 under Section-II is revised as the following.
5. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Certificate of OEM and ISO 9000 for Business partner if Bidder is not OEM.

- Sl No. 9 and 10 of Clause 14 of Section-II are revised as the following.
9. Credentials in support of successful execution of supply, installation and commissioning of on-line UPS of 30 KVA or above capacity in Govt. organizations or PSUs of order value of Rs. 25 Lakhs or more per each order.
Instead of
9. Credentials regarding experience in carrying out order for Online and Line Interactive UPS systems in Govt. or other reputed establishments for worth of more than Rs. 50 Lakhs or more in a single order.
10. Copy of purchase orders from Govt. organizations or PSUs showing order value for not less than Rupees 25 Lakhs in a single order. The bidder has to produce at least two such orders during last three consecutive years.
Instead of
10. Copy of purchase orders from Govt., PSU or reputed organizations showing order value for not less than Rupees 50 Lakhs in a single order. The bidder has to produce at least two such orders during last three consecutive years.
- Sl. No. 14 of Schedule-8 under Section-VI is revised as following.
14. Credentials with documentary support as per Eligibility Clause. (ISO 9001, ISO 14001,Turnover, Profitability, Order copies as required for OEM and ISO 9000 for Business partner if Bidder is not OEM)

- Sl No.1 of Item No.3 (30 KVA On-line UPS) and Item No. 4 (5 KVA On-line UPS) of Section-V are modified as the following and their implications be taken into cognizance in relevant portions of the tender.
"Galvanic Isolation Transformer should be provided for both Bypass supply and Input supply independently."
