The following amendment is made in the Minimum Qualification criteria of the Bidder vide Clause No.30 of Tender Notice No.14/2008-09 and ratified in the Corrigendum No.3.
Apart from Indian Manufacturers, tender bids may also be accepted from authorized system house of reputed Manufacturers who are based in India. Similarly reputed foreign Manufacturer can also take part in the tender through their system partner at India having valid authorization. There is no requirement of annual turn over limit for the above tender.
All other terms and conditions of the original tender remains unaltered.
Further the Rx channel frequency as mentioned in column-4 of Annex-II on proposed Digital PLCC links vide Corrigendum 4 of this office (No. Sr.GM-CPC-Telecom-DPLCC-09/2008-12980 (5) dated 26.12.2008 is corrected as following:-
- Duburi New- Balasore: 308 -316 kHZ instead of 308- 318 kHZ (Sl. No.4)
- Duburi New- Paradeep: 128- 136 kHZ instead of 128-138 kHZ (Sl. No.5)
However main configuration of the required Digital PLCC equipments for the above links remains unchanged i.e. 8 kHZ
